Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I provide psychotherapy and didactic trauma work for individuals in Missoula, MT. My work with clients centers around complex developmental trauma & toxic stress, the body-brain connection, attachment and polyvagal theory. After working with children and families, including foster and adoptive parents for over 15 years, I love bringing my passion for trauma education and intuitive healing to help clients learn more about what their brain and bodies are trying to communicate, identifying protective strategies and working to create techniques to promote healthy emotional regulation.
