A little about me
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I provide psychotherapy and didactic trauma work for individuals and couples in Missoula, MT. My work with clients centers around complex developmental trauma, the body-brain connection, attachment and polyvagal theory. After working with children and families, including foster and adoptive parents for several years, I love bringing my passion for trauma education to help clients learn more about what their brain and bodies are trying to communicate, identifying protective strategies and working to create techniques to promote healthy emotional regulation. Once we start to understand the 'why', we can feel empowered to do the 'what'. I also provide services centered around psychedelics and body energy as a way to best support clients in working toward their healing goals. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
I AM A JOURNEY CLINICAL KAP PROVIDER:
I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted
Psychotherapy (KAP): the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes ketamine lozenges, & supports me in monitoring outcomes. Please reach out to me for a conversation around eligibility.
